Elm is the plant name I selected in herbalism school. At the time, I had no reason for the selection except that Elm starts with E and so does my name.

Meditation revealed the reason.

Earth’s Living Medicine

And so, Elm Herbals was born.

Simple, intentional blends that reconnect you to who you are at your core and how you are connected to the Earth. Each blend is intentionally crafted to provide gentle support.

I believe plants are teachers and herbalism is a relationship. A relationship built on intentional communion through gratitude, reverence, and reciprocity.

Developing a relationship with plants doesn’t have to be complicated. It is as simple as boiling water, steeping the herbs, giving thanks, and taking a deep exhale.
